Attended Rutgers University for a few years at night. Did Not Graduate
Work: Right after High School in 1965, I enlisted in the United States Navy and was stationed outside Chichago, IL from Jan. 1966 through June 1966. At night the normal outside temp was 0 to -20 degrees with a wind chill factor coming in off the lake of -40 to -50 degrees. After graduation from basic training, I went back to Great Lakes Training facility and was enrolled in Corps. School. (I wanted to become a medic and did).
Retired now. When I was working, I spent 24 years in retail jewelry and another 10 years in wholesale jewelry. Received a diamond certificate from The Gemological Institute of America and also from The American Gem Society. I completed a comprehensive course in colored stones and gem identification. I was qualified to do jewelry and estate appraisals
Hometown(s): I was born and raised for the first 9 years in Shamokin, PA. I moved to New Jersey in 1956 and other than going back to visit family, I haven't moved back
