Just wanted to say Hello to everyone today. I hold in my heart that each member of this group may find the help/support they need to get through the day and that most if not all days find you pain free.

I am going through alot of symptoms myself today. It is a day when I do not have much to do so that will help me deal with the physical issues.

Take Care All,

Kimbal

Hi Kimbal, it is nice to meet you.  I am sorry I didn't get to post this last time I was up to visiting the room.  I have been not well a lot the past few weeks and the "good" days (if you can call them that) have been taken up with trying to get stuff done that desperately needs to be done.  I have been using the mouse and getting on the computer some, but not typing much.  Make way too many errors and get frustrated with having to backspace, correct, etc etc etc...   and I was working as a data entry clerk before my accident.  I was typing 80+ words per minute with 100% accuracy.  Now I do well to type 15 wpm with 30% accuracy.   Anyway, so much for my problems...

We don't all get to post as often as we like due to our health, but members do post.  I get in here about once per month at least and try to get here more often as my health will allow.  I started the group, but it belongs to the members.  The members are the ones that keep it going and growing.    We have a wonderful group here.  I am so very happy they have found each other. <3

I am glad that you have found us too.   <3

BIG GENTLE HUGS.....

Teresa

Hi Linda. Hope you are having a pain free day. Thanks for the info on the mdjunction site. I will check it out. Always interested in a place to chat and exchange info with others who have some idea of what we go through.

Eye is somewhat better but still not seeing correctly out of it and it is hindering my ability to read. Will have to get it checked when I am able. Computer glare not helping it so I hope spelling and grammer are correct - my typing ability is not so great so can't rely on that to know if I've made mistakes.

Hi Kimbal,

Sorry to hear about your eye injury.  I think the nerves in the eyes are the most sensitive in the body -- or so I've heard.

Yes, the weather can be a big factor.  I've heard it has something to do with changes in the barometric pressure also.  I am actually more bothered by cold, not so much the heat.

Take care.

Diane

Diane,

Sorry I haven't replied to your post until today. Had an eye injury that made it almost impossible to read  for a couple days.

Hope you are feeling better. I know what you mean about the changes in weather affecting the pain levels. Humidity & heat always send my pain/fatigue levels through the roof. Cold, which I always loved now produces hand and feet problems. I guess its that syndrome that starts with an R. Can't think  of the name right now - fibro fog!
