Dear Prism folk,

DC is most likely going to pass full Marriage Equality (not federal but state, even though DC isn't a state) soon, and you can watch the hearings if you want to. Last week, i took part in one of 100 testimonies (i'm in hour 4 minute 7 if you wanna watch for the plump lesbian from Edgewood, DC. :-)  )  Today's hearing is for the remaining 169 folks who signed up.

 

There are 10 cosponsors of the bill so it will pass. The trick in DC is to get past the Congress, which can and does meddle. Hopefully it won't.
