These are just a few of the jobs they will undertake on your behalf:

  • Meet and greet our arriving customer at the airport and accompany to chosen hotel.  Pre-arrange hotel reservation by Patient Vacation.
  • Provide the client a cell phone with the personal contact number of your TICA, doctors, dentists, hospital, and other Patient Vacation agents in Thailand.
  • Provide a half day introduction to Thailand/Bangkok and get acquainted stroll around your neighborhood-internet, coffee, restaurant, shopping.
  • Accompany to and from doctor consultation, exam, procedures and follow-up.
  • Be at hospital/clinic when client returns to recovery room to ensure all is well and client is comfortable.
  • Check on recuperating patient daily after procedure is performed until client's release from hospital.
  • Assist with planning and aid in tour and excursion arrangements.
  • Provide information about local culture and customs of destination.
  • Make sure all medical papers, results, x-rays, cd-rom,  prescriptions and medications are in order for client's return home.
  • Assist and accompany client to the airport for departure.
  • Assist customer with baggage check-in before departure
