Divided We Fail

Americans should have the peace of mind that comes with knowing that their futures will be financially secure. Yet, millions of Americans worry about their health and long-term financial security. For many, the American dream is eroding along with this security.

AARP, Business Roundtable, SEIU, and NFIB believe all Americans should have access to affordable, quality health care and peace of mind about their future long-term financial security, and we're going to mobilize our members and the public to demand solutions.

The American College of Surgeons said they do support the House bill HR 3962, and they supported HR3200 as well.

They have said that they will not support the Senate bill, if a number of changes aren't included in the final bill.

Differences of opnion, right.  So, you say that the following are all justified opinions:

  1. there will be "death panels", or forced euthanasia
  2. "people don't die from lack of health insurance",
  3. everyone can get the treatment they need in an emergency room, even if they are uninsured,
  4. there will be a government committee to decided what medical care you can receive,
  5. private plans will be outlawed,
  6. there will be widespread tax increases,
  7. death book encourages veterans to end their lives sooner
  8. this is a government takeover of health care
  9. we will be like Canada
  10. the only people who are denied treatment by their insurance companies are the ones who are beyond hope
  11. the only people denied coverage are asking to have "experimental proceedures'
  12. the health care reform is Nazism
  13. Obama is a communist
  14. Obama just wants more power, that's why he is pushing for health care reform

You saying that there are just differences of opinion, is like saying, "If one person states that there is, currently, no ocean in Colorado, and another person says that there is currently an ocean in Colorado," that it is just a difference of opinions.

No, I don't its fiction or anything  other than a different opinion that you might have. Isn't that what happened during the formation of our country? If you have the time or inclination to learn out differing opinions reinforced the purpose of  our country, try reading Biographies of Adams, Washington, 1776, and Jefferson's  autobiography for starters. Listen while you read; even with the state  of your own intelligence, you might still learn something. Best wishes for good reading.

I say "crazies" because the things coming out of the mouths of people is fiction.  You must admit that many of the things they say sound very crazy.

Why is that you liberals immediately shout back with names such as "crazies" Is it because you are too stupid to even comprehend that someone might think differently than you do. Or, have we come to a place in this country where the otherside of an opinion should not be heard. Wasn't that the same kind of society brought about by communists and nazi germany?

One of my sons is a surgeon and his not a member of that socialist group. He isn't  in the AMA either. AMA can only claim about 15% of the total population of USA doctors in their memberrship ranks.

You don't suppose it's because nothing is going to change and the cost will rise do you?
