Does AARP help with people to set up wills & trusts? |
|
As an AARP member you can take advantage of the AARP Legal Services Network to help you find an attorney in your community who can advise you about wills and trust. Learn more at http://products.aarp.org/discounts/home/legal_service_network/
They will help you understand wills and trust with education and the people that post to this board will do the same. They do recommed attorneys and trust specialists but they really don't help you put it together. I have decided against a trust so I can create a will using one of the will programs that are out there. I have found them at the library as a disk attached to a book about the software. You can also do it online for pretty cheap.
