Can anybody tell me where I can find information about laws in Massachusetts for setting up durable power of attorney, healthcare proxy, etc. for my parents? |

You might want to start by reading the elderlaw guide developed by the Massachusettes Bar Association at http://www.massbar.org/for-the-public/public-information/elder-law-education-program. It has lots of information, contact information and resources about helping your parents prepare these documents. It is a good idea for them to talk with an attorney for help in preparing a power of attorney. You can get a free Mass. health care proxy form for them to use at http://www.caringinfo.org/AdvanceDirectives.
