Hi Again Movie Friends....

Just got back from seeing THE TIME TRAVELE"S WIFE...a great storywith quite a few deeply well done romantic moments...on the whole tho, one needs to pay close attention to details in this movie as they are important to staying connected with the story... it is a bit confusing to follow at times, but still well worth seeing...Eric Banna and Rachael  MCAdams were superb...looking forward to hear from those who see this movie...Have a great week

Hi Maryann,

Shutter Island was a very good book though it left me a bit confused and I'm hoping the movie will end my confusion.

Hi Maryann,

I always have a lot of reading to do.  This past week I checked out four books from the library and three of them can't be renewed.  So far, I've read two of the three and must read the third by Tuesday.  The fourth book is D is For Deadbeat which is the fourth book in the alphabet series I'm reading by Sue Grafton.  As for the movie Lovely Bones I look forward to seeing it since I have already read this book.  I'm also looking forward to seeing Shutter Island which is another book I read not long ago.  It stars Leonardo DiCaprio.  An exciting and suspenseful thriller.

Hi Maryann,

Good to hear from you.  I think waiting for this movie to come on Netflix is a wise decision.  Not really worth running out to see but a fairly decent rental.  Thanks for the book recommendation but it will probably be a long time before I get to read it.  My book list is much too long and I'm currently reading an alphabet mystery series and I'm only on the letter B.

Well, at least someone liked it.  My girlfriend liked it better than I did.

bonjovi...

I agree with you. The film could have been a lot better. I was disappointed, but my wife enjoyed it a little more than me.
