Sorry I missed the earlier posts--LOVED the 4 days I had in Lisbon last March and would LOVE to go back to see more of the country IF I had synpatico friends to share it with.  I live in FL but will be visiting San Diego the first wkend in Dec if you'd be interested in meeting?  Meanwhile, don't give up--how abt Malta or Sicily or southern France?
