God our Father, your Church is a
living witness to the Gospel values. We pray for an
increase in zeal and energy in building up the Church, the People of
God, who faithfully strive to follow in the footprints of your Son,
who revealed the new and eternal Jerusalem. We pray that
someday, we shall live in this new and eternal Jerusalem. We ask
this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns
with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen. |
