NOTE:  Has anyone ever heard a new government official being identified as a devout Catholic, Jew or Protestant?  Doesn't this make you feel safer already??  Devout Muslims being appointed to critical Homeland Security positions ? That should make our homeland much safer.  Was it not men of the "Devout Muslim Faith" that flew planes into U.S.  buildings not too long ago. What in the world is this president thinking?   

This announcement was made on Aug 20.  Why are we just now hearing about it???

The Sisterhood of Nervous Nellies is at it again. Devout Christians have been hired by the thousands after terrorist (and devout christian) Timothy McVeigh slaughtered 168 people in Oklahoma City, and I don't recall hysterical hand wringing over that fact.

The Democratic Party is the more honest of the two parties, because their platform today is blatantly Marxist in nature.  A simple comparison of Karl Marx and the Democratic platform will reveal that to any honest student.  Even though the Democratic Party was once filled with very conservative, anti-big government voters (who have been swindled by the socialists and utopians and societal engineers), it is ruled today a coalition of extremists of the radical lunatic fringe of the Left.  They have no regard for the basic, instinctive conservatism of the blue-collar worker, the farmer, the working man they once claimed to represent.

NEW YORK —  A New York City bicycle cabbie who mocked the murder of American journalist Daniel Pearl and posted a prayer on the Web calling for the murder of Jews is now sending a "Get Well Soon" message to the suspected Fort Hood gunman, the New York Post reported.
Yousef al-Khattab, 41, a radical Muslim in the borough of Queens who runs RevolutionMuslim.com, claims on the site that the soldiers massacred at the Texas base deserved to be massacred, and he insists the victims are in "eternal hellfire." As for the suspected gunman — Army psychiatrist Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan — Al-Khattab hails him as a hero.
"An officer and a gentleman was injured while partaking in a pre-emptive attack," al-Khattab wrote on the site. "Get well soon Major Nidal. We love you."
Al-Khattab, a Jewish-born New Jersey native formerly named Joseph Cohen, converted to Islam in 2004. Known by the FBI for posting radical messages online, al-Khattab claims that the 13 murdered and 38 wounded soldiers at Fort Hood were "terrorists" who deserved to die.
"These people are soldiers in a volunteer army," al-Khattab told the Post. "They expect to see combat. They know the danger."
"Rest assured the slain terrorists at Ft. Hood are in the eternal hellfire," al-Khattab writes online.
P.S.  It’s a shame Obama is sitting out the Berlin wall anniversary; guess this represents the wrong kind of freedom to the White House.
