We are John and Shirley Cissell, missionaries with Calvary International. God has called us to serve the poor in San Jose, Costa Rica. We have a little over 1/3 of our monthly support raised but must be fully funded monthly (by faithful, consistent supporters) for 2 years before we can depart for the field. We serve in the areas of evangelism, medical (Shirley is an registered nurse), building outreaches (John is a carpenter), feeding programs, & so much more. We are believing God to touch the hearts of those who are financially capable & want to be part of fulfilling His Great Commission - to help support this ministry in whatever way they can. We are obedient to our partners & provide emails, photos & video uploads while we are on the field - so that you can see that you truly are making a major difference in the lives of those less fortunate than we as Americans are.
