Here in Tennessee it pays $10 an hr.plus,It depends on how often u need someone to come in to help.A suggestion is to hire a live in and offer room and board plus small salery.Just be careful who you choose!Do a drug test and background check.Also there is a registry u can check to see if the person has a history of abuse.Always be careful who you bring in to care for your loved one no matter if its for minutes,hours or days.
