The Windy II is out of Chicago and takes people on excursions on Lake Michigan on a regular basis during the summer months from Navy Pier in downtown Chicago. If youare ever in Chicago in the summer, you can take a sail on this ship. It was in Cleveland back in 2003 as part of a "festival of sail"
