About Me

What a glorious revolution took place November 4. Not one drop of blood spilled by the opposing forces. The only fatalities were the overthrow of incompetence, corruption, malfeasance, greed and avarice. The concept of racial differences was repudiated and confirmed that there is only one race, the human race. If only Abe Lincoln could see his legacy. He could only be proud of what has endured and not been forgotten. Pride was restored to millions of us who had given up or despaired of the direction that America was descending. Once again, in one fell swoop, America regained the pinnacle of hope for all of the suppressed of the world. Once again, America is reclaiming the moral high ground that leads the way of those concepts put forth by the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. Above all, we will regain and follow the ideals, rights and aspirations that are the Constitution. The depredations of the past eight years of destroying the Constitution are at and end. The attempts of the religious right to impose their febrile hate mongering onto the Constitution are foiled. Now, we Americans can put our shoulders to the wheel and restore our economy and improve the quality of life that has been diverted into the massive profits of the Big Bucks. It is the time to invent the new socioeconomic order. Communism has failed. Socialism has failed. National Socialism has failed. Capitalism has failed. The amorality of the few who have amassed the national wealth into their hands has been exposed and must be eradicated. The precepts of Adam Smith and Karl Marx have failed and are no longer valid in our time. These socioeconomic ideas of the 18th and 19th centuries are no longer valid in the 21st. A new path to finding peace and prosperity and the ennoblement of the human spirit must be found through the desolation and the failure of the past eight years.

A HANDFUL OF LIGHT

by Gene S. Park @

A Handful of Light
To stop a molecule of light
To measure the atom as you
Stand in the rush of light that
Coursed the Universe at
Absolute

Bent, pulled but un-stopped
A gale wind of light that washes
Over, through, absorbed but

What is the essence of a beam
Of light, whole or hole—nothing
Or everything? So small or so large
Un-measurable while

The echoes of the Beginning
And the End waft through
One’s soul whispering the voices
Of the ages for this infinite instant

Hi Gene,
I bet you enjoyed driving around since the meltdown, without slush and snow bumping up the intersections. I loved the snow must I love it more now that its just a fond memory! What are your plans for tomorrow night? Do you bring in the New Year big? Or are you like me and let it slip in beside you while you sleep? LOL I can never keep my eyes open to meet it at the door
