Born in Mexico "au contraire" of most Mexican-American families, US born Dad - Mexican Mom (I'm sure my Dad was for a time an illigal alien in Mexico!) I'd the fortune of being exposed to both cultures. My early age education was In Mexico and later, as a teenager living in Rye, NY, I also attended HS and college in the US where I married when I was barely 20 years old! I'm fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, and French. I've three grown children, Francisco C., renown ex-Lead Economist for the Environmental Protection Agency, Gina, an well-known author and photographer based in New York City and Kim De La Chesnaye, my autistic child living in Westchester County.
