And the sound is wonderful! We love to sit here and watch the changing scenes of wildlife. Birds use the flat area just above the falls for bathing. Squirrels, chipmunks, and neighborhood cats drink the water. Daisy and Donald return every spring to mate here. We did have trouble with a blue heron spearing the fish (some too big for him to eat) and leaving dead fish. We put a net over it for an entire summer to discourage him. I haven't seen him since
