Welcome, Elaine, to our knitting group. Have you been knitting long? I started as an ungraduate in college. None of us really knew how to knit, so we all made our mistakes together. And there were many mistakes, it was the fad to knit argyle socks, and you know how intricate those are. I can remember knitting with 13 or 14 bobbins falling from my work. My finished work of art was worn by my father. Fathers are the only ones who will wear the mistake-ridden result of our first attempt at knitting.
It is finally warming up here. I live in Michigan. This has been a cool spring. But then, I hate hot weather, so maybe the slow warming bodes a cooler summer. I HOPE.
