I grew up in N.Y.C. in a very rough part of town. Moved to L.I. at the age of 12. Instead of hanging out in the streets I got involved in gymnastics. Work very hard and found my calling in sports. I started taking 1st place alot and continued this though high school. I loved going to the county's compettion and performing in front of so many people. Learned how to scuba dive and surf. I figured I could start spending my summers in the water. NOT!!!!!!! Not long after graduation, my number came up and my next performance was for Uncle Sam. I was able to party for 90 days before I had to report to Ft. Hamilton. Viet Nam was my destiny. Enough said about that. Then came U.S.A. where G.I.'s were treated like crap, so I went to Weisbaden, Germany. I became part of a mobile outfit and wound up pitching tents all over the Middle East. Left U.S. in 1971 and came back to America in 1975. Dischared in 1976. I went to Houston Texas to atternd the OCEAN CORPORATION Commercila Diving School. Worked on the oil rigs for 2yrs out of Harvey Louisisanna. In 1979 I moved to Hollywood, Florida. "I'm still here. Worked as a commercial diver which involved mostly large boats. When I wasn't on the bottom, I was playing guitar in lounges at nite and laying on the beach during the day. I met Margaret at a lounge called 2nd Base in 1979 and dated until 1985. In 1985, we were married. We had Tiffany in 1986 and Charles in 1987. Life was great til 2003. I lost Mags due to the big C. In 2008, I finally came out into the light and decided to start a new chapter in the book of life. I built a Harley Davidson from the ground up starting with just a frame as therapy to keep me off meds. and out of a bottle. I think the lord had one hand on my shoulder and the other one on my mouth. In 2005 I completed the build and registered the bike. Now I ride alot along the coasts of Fla. chasing the sunrise. One day I will have a permanent riding partner again. I hope. I thank the lord and my friends for helping me get through this horible event in my life. Now it is time to press on.
