Congress has started down a long slippery slope that has no end just as the well has no bottom. Can't Congress see that we are going to have to pay back all of this money we are borrowing? When will we start? Where are the plans for the repayments. We (Congress) should not approve one red cent in new appropriations until we have the money in the bank. The President can talk congress into anything if there is enough payback to the ones who are trying hardest to get his agenda passed. We will never get all of this money paid off. No COLAS this year. There won't be any next year either. When is the insanity going to stop in this government? Our currency is not being sought because of our great debt and here is our President traveling the world how to manage their governments. If it weren't for the insurance that I have had for so long, I would withdraw my membership and recommend to all of my friend that they do likewise. You have betrayed us all when you say that AARP in non-partisan and does take sides. There should never be an endorsement of anything until the whole membership has a form mailed to them with a ballot attached. So you got over 1,000,000 to support this position as stated by the Government and Congress. What about the other forty million? Doesn't balance out does it?

I would like to see all of you overpaid poeple when there is no membership left and the deficit is to large for your income. What will you do then?
