I'm not sure there are any secrets to the game (if there are I don't know them) I have just played it a lot and sometimes I get lucky with a high score. Trust me, the bad games I've played far outweigh the high scores! It's just a simple mindless distraction for me.
If you find some secrets, please clue me in!
