Computer scientist Randy Pausch passed away this morning under hospice care.
In his last lecture at Carnegie Mellon, he modeled such a profoundly positive attitude in the face of terminal illness that his story reverberated around the world to touch tens of millions. I watched the lecture several times and read the bestselling book. They were catalysts for deep self reflection and a reminder to keep one’s own problems in context.
