"NO" is a complete sentence. I say it without apology. Trying to be all things to all people not only robs me of my time and energy, it keeps me from fulfilling my divine potential.

About Me

Hello, I am Crystal. My heart is so hidden in Christ that I would like for you to have to seek Him first to find me. Here's are a bit about myself. I DO LOVE THE LORD first and foremost. I begin sentences with a capital letter, which is a standard I set for myself, I am 53 and retired (8 years), and third party people think of me as compassionate, loyal as a friend, trustworthy, dependable and caring. This is what I say about myself: (I do agree with third parties) Independent, strong willed woman who wants for nothing (materially). Should you need to be set straight or put in your place, I can do that, very intolerant regarding dumb stuff, and have an allergic reaction to silly people, a very no-nonsense woman. I can do allot of things from installing wood/laminate floors and tiling to gardening, dirty jobs and more. I am one-hundred percent woman as well and have a very strong feminine side. I have a yearning to learn new things at all times. I love to travel, especially RVing.

Interests:
I like most sports and love to play racquetball, I work out 5 days a week, so I am fit; athletic trim frame and in shape and I will always remain that way. I love to cook though and my diet consists of mostly but not limited to organic health foods. I enjoy a glass of wine with or after my evening meal. I like cycling, mountain climbing, hiking, fishing, sailing and many other interest, if I am not interested, I can learn to share interest with others

My Journals (1)

I acquire this physical disease when I had Carpal Tunnel Release Surgery.(CTRS)  This is the worst case scenario from a CTRS.  My Symptoms of RDS were/are: Pain and burning in two fingers, feels as though they have been immersed in hot acid 24/7.  Hypersensitive to touch, wind, heat, cold.......This is very debilitating, but keeps me from doing nothing I want to do. I’ve been blessed, because lot of patients RSD spreads throughout their entire body. I’ve had RSD for 6 years now and again only in those two fingers.

Do you know someone with RDS?  If so, I'd like to chat with them.
Another alternative to CTRS is Vitamin B6.

I know AARP does offer a cell phone, but have not paid too much attention to what kind it is or what service it offers, I am sure you can find out through this very sight you found the information to send me a message through. Tons of information on here, sure it is on here.

Good Luck
