About Me

Post war baby! I LOOK my age but don't FEEL my age. Can't believe that old coot that looks out from the mirror is really me! I am married to Merle Duane Colvin who is younger than me (Most people are!) but is such a dear gentle man and I thank God for him. We "adopted" a brother, Bill who also lives with us. He is very different from us. A child of the desert and a former gold miner. Very animated and his language is a bit "rough" at times, but his heart is true and Duane and I love him like he is our own flesh and blood. We have six kitties and a tiny old dog named Miles. We live just outside of Denver Colorado and love it here. Duane was born in the house we live in and has never lived anywhere else....I on the other hand have lived LOTS of places before I met him! LOL!

Interests:
Duane and I work at the Food Bank at our Church and we love it! We also have hobbies. Mine is books, his is records. We like to walk around the neighborhood daily to let everyone know that we are STILL ON THE GREEN SIDE of the dirt!

Life in the Fast Lane...Sort of

Good morning world!  Another day in wonderland awaits me.  The temperature is cool but it feels good!  My world is not doing really well right now financially or physically but I am hoping for the best!  God has promised to fulfill all my needs according to His riches in glory....I’m just awaiting my turn!
