About Me

I am a 4-year breast cancer survivor. It has been a rough journey, so I am very thankful for each day. Cancer left me with severe neuropathy in my feet and that is chronic pain. Neuropathy is nerve damage and is a side effect from chemotherapy. I have an older sister and she and her family live in Estes Park, Colorado. I have never been there but I know that it is very pretty. From time to time my sister has had a bear for an uninvited visitor on the deck of their home!!!!! She keeps pans near by to make loud noises and that scares the bear off. I am a native Texas and I have a "drawl" when I talk - I have been told. My sister has no accent, so I don't know why I have the thick Texas "drawl", My husband is from Minnesota - he is the one that told me I have the drawl!!! Sometimes I have to spell words because he can't understand what I am saying. I even took Public Speaking in college!!!!!!

Interests:
I am trying, trying, trying to learn how to knit. Have been trying for several years now!!!!!! I enjoy watching professional football on TV. The Dallas Cowboys have that new, big, fancy stadium, and along with that - a huge amount of traffic when there is a game. I will stick to watching it on TV!!!! I am an animal lover - cats and dogs

Hi Jen,

Thank you for your message. The weather here in Texas is very nice - a little too warm - I am so ready for cold weather.

I hope, too, that you have a very nice week, and that you are doing well.

Sincerely,
Charline
