About Me

Married with 2 grown sons & 2 grandsons. I work in a hospital as a certified nursing assistant, on a critical care unit, When I am not working i am taking care of my 2 grandchildren 2-3 days a week. 1 is off to kindergarten this yr & the other little guy just turned 1 yrs old. I feel very blessed to have this time with them .it is like having your young adult hood all over agin, although I am sure there are people that would not agree with me.

Interests:
love reading , I always have a book around me. Love to go to New York when ever I get the chance, I think it is one of the most exciting cities around, I try to travel when I get the time. I have been on 4 cruises & I am ready for another soon. I also love Disney & we go there often, it's like your a kid again whenyour there. I love the Opera. Wish we had more here in my state. love movies, music, & plays.

Autumn  has arrived . It is there on  our doorstep. The  weather has changed, days are getting shorter. Leaves  will be changing colors giving  us wonderful masterpieces we can view in awe. This is also the time for  yard sales. Getting rid of things we no longer want in preparation for newer things mostly that we want but  do not really need. I never really did enjoy yard sales too much,  I feel  I have at this point of my  life too much stuff already in my  basement & attic so why add to it  by buying other people's out of style  & used items. I mean how much stuff does one really need? I am sure there are many of us that are like  little pack rats holding on to this & that item for memories sakeor  because you wiill never know when you may need it.  Right? No, they say if you do not use  it or wear it in 3 yrs  you never will. Belive me I have been guilty of  this behavior many  times.  But  on the  subject of memories , holding on to theses objects for  what ever reason they bring you comfort, cannot compare to memories you find inyour heart.  So keep  maybe  1or 2 items if this makes you happy, but do your self a favor & get rid of the vast  majority of  items & then go see  the  foliage.
