About Me

I am 62 years old, one of the first of the baby boomers! I was married for 40 years, have 4 married children, and 12 wonderfully intelligent and handsome/beautiful grands! I am living with my son and his 4 children on a temporary basis while he gets his business up and running. I work full time with low income children.

Interests:
I devote whatever free time I have to visiting and making memories with my grandchildren, attending church, quilting, keeping in touch with some old friends, selling items on eBay and watching TV.

Then and Now

 

  I am so happy with the new job I’m going into.  My current medical coverage was ending on the 11th of July and I was not going to get picked up at my new job for 90 days.  The COBRA was going to cost me over 800.00 a month until Nov. 1st.   I talked to the HR person responsible at my new job and they are going to waive the 90 days and pick me up on the 12th when my current ins. expires!!  I am really relieved.  I feel like God has opened this door for me and this is another sign for me that I’m correct!
