Just fpr anyone's general knowledge. The City of Boise is under that huge cloud cover. It is at a height of 2000 feet above sea level. I am up at our ski resort, Bogus Basin at about 6000 feet above sea level. The clouds are probably topped out at 5000 feet. That is pretty normal in our winters. It will be cold and cloudy in the valley (sometimes down to 0) and nice and relatively warm up on the ski hill.
