yesterday is reached my goal for the week, i walked 10 miles. tonight i walked 2 miles in a hour, not good not bad!!!My next goal 15 miles in 1 week!!! need a prayer! met friends today for mah joong, thursdays for 2  hrs.. I think we laughed  the whole time!!!! since i've been walking  feeling pretty good!! My leg sure is better, 5 months of not being able to do much was not  a nice summer!!! yesterday the neighbor called , he asked if i wanted to visit another neighbor in the nursing home,, we did, had lunch,and went to farmers market.. He's been a friend for 7 yrs..it was nice spending som time together before he leaves for the winter..Yuck,, winter,,

took  a walk tonight , I can think better at times,getting out of the house.   just talking a walk in the dark with a full moon as light. It's summer , but the past few nights feel like fall, the weekend is suppose to be in the 90's.and humid!! Have a 50th wedding anniversery dinner on Sunday. I love to see couples married that long.and love to hear how they met,  their storys are so interesting.I envey them to have stayed together, through thick and thin.I would have been married  17 yrs this Oct.  .I know my life would'nt have made the changes like they did if  my husband would not have died.WE were both happy and had a wonderful life.. BUT, the changes were good, and the old saying'something good,comes out of something bad.' I loved my life while I was married and thought it could'nt get better, but even now after so many changes, i feel good and content with my life.God has always been there and has helped with every step of my life.

I am honored to have my profile on the front page of AARP, online comunity.. was very surprised also, was surfing  aarp's site and there I was!! to my surprise!!!!  But I still had to check how and why it got there. community host let me know,,  what a pleasure!!!!thks,,AAPRP  and host!!!!

Tommorow I go for laser surgery on my leg,,it's a 2 hr surgery..my daughter is driving me the 45miles.and bringing home..It's been awhile since i've had  a surgery, and just the thought of being down for a few days bothers me.I hate being sick, and when I am I try my best to get better really fast!!LOL   I take care of people, the sick and dying. who has time to be down..Am trying to get things done around here, laundry, etc.. picked up some grocerys. Might pick up some movies too. I could go on about this bothering me,, but  it needs to be done, there are 2 clots [under the skin] that need to be blocked off. I am on my feet alot, and  the new procedure is done in the doctors office.. he said they did'nt need to be stripped. the laser  is much better..I sure hope so.... so hopefully I will back on in a few days.. and visit with all my freinds on here....
