My name is Beatrice, but my friends call me bea. I love aarp website, because it has so many great things for people 50 plus age. i recently was diagnosed with ovarian cancer stage 3b. I don't have insurance but I do have access to the Jesse Brown Va hospital in Chicago, Illinois. I was in the air force for 13 years. what I don't like about V.A. hospitals is that I have no dental care, because I am not homeless or 100% disabled. I think every man and woman that serve's this great nation of oursin the military should have dental health care. Thank God Senator Barack Obama and Senator Dick Durbin championed for Illinois Veterans to receive better health care and disability benefits. I am looking forward to voting on November 4, 2008. We need change in this Country.
Interests:
Traveling, cooking for family and friends and working my Mary Kay business. My future plans are to volunteer for the American Cancer society and the ovarian cancer alliance. Ovarian cancer does not get the attention it needs to make women and men aware of this dreaded disease.My Photos (10)
