Hi stranger! I'm here, promise. Been a miserable couple of months. Hubby's grandma died 7/19, 1 trip to NY. Home a week, went back to NY for 10 days for a wedding. Have had some health issues, getting better so I should be back in full swing soon. Thanks for asking and I miss you too. I'll have some basset adventures too. In the meantime, if you want to go to you tube, enter relaxing bassets into the search and let me know what you think. Have to ask, do you get the AARP email bulletin? I see that Keep Medicare Fair failed to p****by one vote. My friend, both OK senators voted NO to this. Don't know if you're on medicare, but Part B costs more and more each year, $96.50/mo this year. That relates to a decrease in SS. Please call your senators and encourage them to vote YES for Keeping Medicare Fair. I thought I paid for Medicare in my withholding, but apparently that's just for inpatient care and the Navy says I have to buy Part B to get my free medical. PLEASE tell everyone you know to call them this week, there is another vote coming up
