The early bird gets the worm; sleep in if you'd rather have mimosas & an omelet. (Oh, wait; it's not a quote, I said that to myself!)
I'm pretty peaceful now, but I was an adventurer & traveler for years, both with & without a companion: through the Darien jungle on horseback, across the North Atlantic via Greenland & Iceland in a single-engine fabric covered plane, overland from Tunesia to Capetown in an old Landrover, South America from top to bottom, the Caribbean by sailboat, the South Pacific, Australia, New Zealand, etc. by every known means. Now married to my handsome bearded hunter husband, living off the road system on a river in interior Alaska in the log home he built from local spruce. We don't have electricity or running water, but we have propane lights, a pitcher pump, & great wood stove for heat, so totally comfortable (except maybe in the outhouse at 40 below zero). We used to travel by dog team, now snowmobile in winter & boat in summer. He's there 90% of the time, I'm there half the time, then half in civilization where I have access to the joys of flush toilets, showers, movies, computers, & nice, bright lights that dispel the winter dark. I visit family on the west coast, friends in England, and tropical beaches whenever I can. I love to swim in clear blue water, especially among tropical fish; sometimes I dream of it in the dark of the Alaskan winter & wake up smiling

I just figured out I could put in the ID in the search box of anyone whose photos I admire and all their photos would show up in thumbnail display so I wouldn't have to search them out. Neat! There are some great photos out there.
