How is your week-end? Mine is most restful; staying indoors a bit; temps in the low thirties at night; jacket & a few 'layers' needed to sit on the deck for my morning coffee. Here comes Winter, although in California, our winters are comparatively mild. Here in the Basin/Central Sierra, right next to Yosemite, we do get some of the park's "delicious" higher elevation weather; love it!!!

I'm enjoying the thought of a little vacation time! We have the Veteran's holiday next Wednesday & a full week for Thanksgiving (a first, since we usually have just Th. & F.); how sweet! November is seemingly flying by! Two-week Christmas Break in December.
Weather-wise, N.CA. & the Central Sierra have a nice week-end predicted; hope your weather is favorable, too. Cheers, Anna
