I am a senior lady, retired dietetic technician, mentor, writer, and professional network marketer actively building a home-based business. I write about a variety of wellness issues and encourage everyone to live life to its fullest potential.

My special interests for my writing include preparing for retirement, helping seniors and their families advocate for their wellness needs, all of the issues around family care giving, creating conversation starters through memoir writing, and finding meaning for myself in each day as a senior with health challenges. I desire to make a difference in the lives of everyone I meet and my writing gives me this opportunity. I am building my network marketing business to supplement my retirement income and give me financial freedom to enjoy time with my daughters.
