About Me
I have worked in healthcare, human service and spiritual care for nearly forty years. I am a published author, /writer, and experienced in bereavement, education, management, ministry, practical nursing, public speaking and cultural competency My husband and I are the pastors of Caison African Methodist Episcopal Church. We are the parents of two young adults in their twenties, Joshua and Jazmine. Our son and his wife Tiffiney are expecting our first grandchild in about six to eight weeks

Happy Birthday! Two days late. I am a Chicago girl, born and raised and have lived in MN for 19 years. God is the center of my life. I am also a writer, getting my first book published as we speak. The process is one thing. The gumption and God-sent connections, well..you know what I mean.
I was born and raised on the Westside. Douglas park area when we were really a minority among the Jewish families. Our communities were strong in those days.
I attended Art Institute and played piano for our church. I have not played in over forty years, but would love to begin again.
I have stepped out on faith that I didnt know I had, lately and God has rewarded with enabling me to do a lot of "beginning again". I am excited by what He is doing for many of us in this particular season.
Well, I have yakked long enough.
