After being on the AARP website for a week now, I have found that I am beginning to reconnect with life and the real world after losing my hubby a little over three months ago. Everyone here in the groups have been so interesting and friendly. It is making me realize that life really can go on and be interesting again. Thanks so much to all of you on this site for being such great friends. Even though we have never met face to face, I know your heart and your thoughts by the things you write and they are wonderful and exciting! Thanks for making my world a better place!
Gosh Sharon, I actually got tears in my eyes when I read this. I too have found friends here who's posts have been so interesting and fun to talk about. Just a few moments ago I commented to a journal about walks with mother. What wonderful memories and feelings that brought back to me. My parents have passed on, but to me, they were two of the most special people that lived.
I'm happy to here that you've found friends here Sharon. Love and Happiness,
Bonnie,
