THE HANG UP By David Copher
In a hang up a bull riders life line runs very thin.
That life line is tied to a man who makes us all grin
He'll rush in, slap that bull on the chin,
and keep him out of a spin
He'll dodge and dash and in a flash.
He'll be on top of the crash.
To get to the tail of the rope, If the bull riders to have any hope
He'll keep clear of, horns, spears, and a tail full of grawdue and burrs
The cowboy won't find an easy way to land,
cause he screwed up and bucked down away from his hand.
With his hand turned over it can only get worse.
He could separate that shoulder
now that would give him good reason to curse.
But if the man that makes us all grin, can get in,
and get a hold on the tale of the rope,
there will be a little hope.
They will rodeo another day, if then they get clean away!!!
