Oh, Tinky...how I would love to feed my hummingbirds this way! It must have taken hours and hours of patience to get these little ones to come and feed this way! Did your friend find instructions somewhere to help her? I would love such a site!
What a beautiful shot...and what a thrill it must be! My "little fellas" will come withing a couple feet of me to feed at the nectar feeder, but certainly don't trust me enough to approach any closer! I can't imagine them coming right into my hand! Wow!

I love this photo, Tinkster! Hummingbirds are one of the neatest things that God gave us! I need to buy a new a hummingbird feeder for Tennessee - mine didn't make the move as I forgot to pack it. However, the tenants that moved into our house informed me that they were keeping it well stocked and were thrilled that we left it for them! At least the Houston hummingbirds weren't left wondering what happened to their local diner!

Dear Tinky, Thank you for being so thoughtful to put this picture here for me to see. They are such little wonders. It is truly amazing how skilled these "little fellas" are. That is what my only grandbaby "RudiRue" calls them, but he calls elephants and horses and lama's, sheep, goats and you name it "Little Fella's" You can see my pride and joy in my pictures. He is the one with the curly blond blond hair. His real name is Noah, but "RudiRue" stuck. When he was born he had rufus color hair - like his daddy (my son) and when he learned to stand up all he would do was jump up and down like a rue so he has been our little "RudiRue." But Tinky thank you for the picture. That means a lot to me. Your friend and many blessing for you and yours. Love and Hugs....RaeDi
