I have been considering Costa Rica for retirement. Never considered Mexico. I'd love to hear more about your research and what led you to that part of Mexico. I'm planning a trip to Costa Rica next spring to look around and spend a couple of months seeing what living there would be like. Mexico might become my "plan B". I actually retired at the end of 2006 but have been waiting for the housing market to settle down before marketing my current home. Tell me more...if you will...about Mexico
