About Me

DISABLED, LIKE TO FISH, AND VEGETABLE AND FLOWER GARDENS.( AND DOGS) also, hunt, and spend time with grandchildren, like to try new recipes (simple ones) like to bake cookies, and cakes, but am not anywhere Near professional. I have 12 grandchildren and 2 Great-grandchildren. Used to play piano, but can't do that much anymore because of arthritis. I try to help watch after my Mom who is 89 still lives at home. She lives about 2 1/2 hours away, so it is hard to do. My Dad died Jan 9,2009 I go to a very small country church, and sing in the choir there. I also enjoy our W(omen)O(ON) M(issions) group.

Interests:

fish, hunt, play piano, garden, cook for (grown) children while they are working and surprise them for their dinner.(Occasionally) Sing (?) in church choir. (at least I fill a seat!)

FALL IS HERE

Well, at least it's supposed to be fall!! today, our high is supposed to be around 90, (and it's gonna make it). Then the next few days are gonna be really cool. (even 40's one night.) quite a difference. But that's how the weather is here, if you don't like it, just stick around a few days and it'll change!!

I am getting out my halloween (or fall) decorations. Got my scarecrows out and now have a couple of pumpkins out. That's probably gonna be it.

We have been busy doing a little "upgrading" to the house. -- new windows, new facings inside and out, painting the doors, and put up a new storm door. Put a "chair rail" or wainscot in living room on one wall and painted bottom of paneling. We had already painted our hall this summer.

Boy, I'd sure like to do a lot more, but you know, there's that thing called "money"........We want to redo the bathroom and put in a walk-in shower and get rid of the garden tub, since neither of us takes a bath anymore. Well, hubby says come help, he is making a hat rack for daughter in law's birthday. gotta go.

I will report the user on their profile and report the abuse in the group topic so hopefully you can delete the ad from the group pages.

Thanks for alerting me to maidishoes. There is always the chance that I won't see it. I think you can also report these as abuse, and probably remove him/her from the group.
