After years of thinking I knew God, I realized after my personal Damascus Road that  until then, I only knew of Him...

Like so many Christians I thought I had been in the inner Court through the things I had to endure up to the point of the  Damascus experience, but God, who has every right to.. intruded, inturrupted and changed not only my  life's direction, but my whole way of thinking.  I went from believing to understanding to knowing... The very thing I feared all my life had come upon me...PAIN and.SUFFERING...  

It was the worst of all my fears,, but the best part of what makes up my faith right now...We  walk  at a distance from  God  until we have been broken and tnen put back together by The Father.  Paul said "That I might know Him in the power of His suffering...What he was saying was he realy didn't know the inner Christ from where he stood in his faith and he wanted to know what He felt and how He felt and Paul after going through the pain and suffering that it takes for the true Saint and efective leader to  go through in order to  "become:understood as I do now that until we have been broken,, we cannot be rebuilt ..but after the rebuilding, we are now ready for ministry...we can be the true salt and the light for those in darkness to see the Lord...

Now , I really know HIM...
