Wish I had Decklyn's hair!! What a cutie! Our church in Colorado Springs was on Cache la Poudre street. Always wondered where the name came from---now I know! Ahhh, the camping in the mountains there was so marvelous!! Wish we could have done more during the time we were there, but didn't get our camper until the last 1 1/2 yrs. there
So good of you to share yourself and your beautiful family with us.
I love hearing your voice too. I have been blessed twice this past
week. I got to hear Peggys voice on her video, now yours. Oh,
I wish I could come out and give you a big hug. And that water?
Wow, I love to fish, but I don't think I could stand near that swift
stream. But I sure could camp near it. Would love to sleep with
the sounds of water... Oh, no, I would need a porta potty....
Water running ? Oh, could I visit you at your house instead? LOL.
Love you little sister, Judy P.S. That little boy is a looker too
Thank you! We feel pretty lucky to find this kind of scenery not too far from home. About that "how come you aren't casting?".....I have this theory that a girl is allotted just so many hours for fishing in her lifetime. I used up every single one of my hours by the time I was ten! Dad's rules mandated that we had to bait our own hooks and clean our own fish so the ick factor kicked in when I was ten. These little guys are learning the basics but nobody has to deal with wiggly worms and fish guts because Granddad ties flies and releases the fish. I spend the time hunting for wild berries or untangling lines when a boy catches a tree!
Love it, especially the ending. I can just smell the pines, love the scenery. You live in such an awesome place, the place I like to vacation too. Live the sound of the stream in the background. How come you aren't casting? Thanks for sharing. AWESOME!!!
