Nice Set of Pics, Sis! And to THINK... My LAST Thanksgiving in Prison! Do you remember our Thanksgiving Eve Messages, last year? Special... Good Memories!

I'm so glad that they are finally letting you out of prison...tee,hee,hee. Just think, by next year you'll have a baby at your Thanksgiving table! My Mom has a collection of pictures of little carnivores staring wide-eyed at a HUGE, nicely browned turkey leg. You'll have to start adding that kind of baby pictures to your profile before long. Which reminds me, have you found a digital camera yet? Do you have a decent film camera and a scanner? Either way, you'd better get prepared because I see lots of pictures in Baby Sugar's future.

Much love to both of you and a happy, happy Thanksgiving too!

I love getting up early and it being so silent, nothing moving about inside or out, just me and my thoughts, prayers, listing to my spirit guides, or just sitting and enjoying the silent time. I don't even start the coffee pot, cause I don't want to hear it's morning waking up sounds. lol
I have pie's to bake today and wish me luck, as tomorrow I will be making my first red velvet cake, I have decided I want to make one for this year.
I am looking forward to the holidays and am excitied about company coming through out the holiday weekends.
I hope you & yours have a great time this week.
Warm smiles & hugs,
Myra

Oh how I miss being able to sleep late. I was up at 4:22 this morning and it's starting to become habit. Never in a million years thought I'd inherit my dad's early-riser tendencies.

How is Heather's home coming along? I bet it's turned into a great little place by now. Has the family of the former owner seen it yet? Your family certainly has much to be thankful for this year!

We have a Broncos game this afternoon so I'm very glad the weather is staying nice for us. Enjoy your Sunday.

You and I share that early riser habit, Deb. I've had it for the last several years but it still makes me crazy when my eyes pop open (usually well before 5 am) and I know it is pointless to try to go back to sleep. I guess all that really matters is that we can slip out quietly without disturbing our sleepy boys too much.

We are all so excited about Heather's home! She and her husband decided to hold an Open House on Thanksgiving Day for any friends and family who will be passing by on their holiday travels, so we have all been encouraged to finish some half done projects. She has been making curtains while her sister filled bookshelves and hung quilts on the basement walls. Jim has been working on some wood trim while Joshua trimmed some overgrown trees. And I just kept painting while they were all busy. Just a few more little items on the punch list and we'll be ready for a real day of Thanksgiving. Joshua's friend had a chance to say goodbye to the home of her childhood before she sold it to them and seemed to feel reassured that it was going to be well loved. We can hardly wait to see her reaction! We think she will be very pleased.

We really do have so very much to be thankful for. And I am especialy thankful to have a friend who shares this habit of starting the day early enough to see the sun rise in this beautiful place we both call home.

Enjoy the game, my dear friend!
