I was trying to figure out if this one was taken before or after we were married in 1973...not sure. I do know the Pinto belonged to my sister-in-law, we were driving an old GMC pickup by then.
Love the skirt length. When I was in high school we were not allowed to wear pants. (That changed shortly after I graduated). Anyway, the length of our skirts were "inspected" periodically. We had to kneel on the floor. If the skirt did not touch the back of our legs, it was too short and we were sent home. All of us girls learned to wear skirts with loose waist bands so we could pull them down to "pass" inspection.
I only wear a dress now if I'm forced. Barb:)
