Back in the sixties the mountains around Boulder were inhabited by "long-haired freaky people". This place isn't far from our family cabins and I remember riding in the back of my Dad's pickup and pointing at all the teepees and wildly painted schoolbusses where the hippies had taken up residence. If they bought up the land they are wealthy people now! Jim says the slate shingle siding could indicate an older building but the funky hexagonal window was added later.
