Earl ~ Ahh, a 'peli'...,my favorite bird! Love to see them flying, diving, & landing...anywhere and everywhere! Very nice photo; thanks for sharing! Anna
MJ, I'm sorry I didn't see your comment earlier. I live about 40 miles from one of the best birding sites in the USA. Go to http://www.fws.gov/refuges/profiles/index.cfm?id=51550 and also http://www.fws.gov/northeast/bombayhook/ to see what we have on the east coast. I stopped by the Folbot factory on my way home from the everglades and picked up my newest kayak, their Greenland II model. I was very impressed by their latest model, the redesigned Edisto, which just went on the market the week I stopped by. http://www.folbot.com/edisto.html has the details. Earl
Love the waterfowl photos. We see lots while out fishing on the lake, but now planning to get kayaks and get closer looks of herrons, ducks, eagles... thanks for sharing.
