Please do. My knees hurt so bad I could barely walk down steps. Then it got so I could barely walk without wobbling side to side. Thank God, after that I dont even think about my knees. They hurt a teensy bit, every now and then, but nothing like before. Now if acupuncture could help me lose weight, then that will be a story to tell!

It works, but is sure in not always painless. It is a wierd feeling because after they are inserted the needles start to vibrate. However, my knees were giving me a lot of trouble. It was painful for me to go downstairs. AFter I had the acupuncture the pain almost totally went away immediaetly. I rarely feel pain now and that has been over two months ago. I am not a fan of needles either, but I certainly am a fan of the results
