Retired. No children. 2 yr. old male cat, MAHKI; we rescued from a local shelter this spring. Our 2 cats Smokey 17 yrs. and Toby 18 yr. (our "boys" ) both passed away in 2007/2008. Husband and I keep busy with home repairs and gadding about. Hope to someday visit all 50 states and their state parks. Love to travel, meet people and hear their stories. Would love to see more of the world. Love music but don't play an instrument, love to dance but rarely have the opportunity. Not enough time or money to do all the things that interest me

Enjoy knitting or crocheting items to donate to various local organizations/nursing homes, hospitals, etc. Making preemie items to donate to local NICU. Like to garden, take nature walks, enjoy the outdoors, taking pictures, browsing antique/collectible shops, yard sales. Collect and have made teddy bears.
