A computer freeze is usually caused when we have too many windows ( applications ) open and we run out of RAM memory. Close all windows not needed. Clean your machine with the cleanup application. Run anti ad and anti virus. Clean the registry. Buy more Ram? I will try to send the problem to the AARP Techs for a solution

Hi Magnolia,

Hopefully Bill and or the tech team here at AARP, can get you fixed up. These guys are good !

Do you keep "deleting" your messages ? or are they disappearing on their own ?

Take care, and have a good night my friend,

Michael

Magnolia28 says: " My problem is that when I am in AARP I can't read any message. Every time I click on the link, it gets to the message but the computer freezes and the only way out is with CTRL/ALT so I have to log out and then back in again. I only have this problem with AARP. I tried to contact them but I just cant get anywhere. I would really appreciate if you could help me.
Thank you and sorry to bother you. Posted: May 27, 2008 8:50PM EDT ".

I believe Magnolia28 is referring to the email link notice of a message in the Message Center? To Magnolia28: I have posted your problem in "Computer Questions and Tips":http://www.aarp.org/community/groups/ComputerQuestionsandTipsThe Topic title is : Cannot Read Message.I don't know the answer to why the computer freezes when you try to read a message. Someone in the Computer Group will answer the question about the freeze. I will continue to look for an answer.
