I want to report on a lawsuit that potentially affects State of Florida retiress and involves Caremark. The suit has been filed in Tallahasse, Florida and involves allegations that Caremark accepted returned drugs back and re-stocked and re-sold them, and allegations that Careamark made changes to prescriptions submitted to it without the doctor's authorizations.
